The annual AIM National Salary Survey, conducted in April each year, is Australia’s most comprehensive study of remuneration data and salary trends. Competitively priced and completely independent, the Survey is an essential tool for benchmarking salaries and taking the guesswork out of remuneration planning.

In addition to the National Salary Survey, we offer tools that enable organisations to create pay data for unique positions within their organisation (Role Evaluation) and have utilised this methodology to increase the number of salary positions for which top-line pay data is offered (Pay Data Supplement).
