RoundTable ™
Join a RoundTable discussion and share knowledge whilst bringing new intellectual insight to the examination of issues through lively, formal exchanges with other like-minded professionals. Each RoundTables will tackle different issues or topics you find challenging in the work place. Come together with a facilitator in an intimate environment, contribute and hear other people’s experiences and suggestions. Individuals need to be open and honest with others around the table, always showing mutual respect for the opinions of others.
Seek potential solutions to issues, challenges and problems you face in everyday business. Listen and learn from other people’s tried and tested ways.
What to expect at the RoundTable
Once at the RoundTable, exchange business cards to gain understanding of peoples backgrounds.
At the RoundTable you will have the opportunity to discuss topical management issues in an intimate informal environment with up to 20 like minded professionals. You will be encouraged to actively participate in a high level facilitated discussion. The facilitator will be experienced in the area and will guide the discussion to allow for knowledge sharing and problem solving. You will also be given the opportunity to network with others after the RoundTable.
The RoundTable will usually run for an hour and a half and includes catering.
