Short Programs

Australia’s most comprehensive range of proven and practical training programs

At AIM, we offer over 100 short programs and 15 management qualifications. Our Short Programs provide immediate learning solutions in a number of flexible formats that cater to the diverse needs of individuals and organisations.

In an effort to provide relevant, applicable training, AIM NSW is proud to now offer Desktop Training. As with all AIM training, these programs are designed to ensure you and your staff not only leave with a greater understanding on the use of each application, but also with a range of applicable skills which can be used immediately back in the workplace.

This puts AIM in a position to offer the most comprehensive range of business performance skills and IT related training services in NSW.

Flexible Program Delivery

Programs are offered in several formats, including intensive 1 to 5 day classroom sessions, part time blocks on evenings or weekends, and distance education. AIM operates training centres in North Sydney, Parramatta and Canberra.

Pathways to Management Qualifications

Individuals can formalise their learning by undertaking assessment and achieving management qualifications. Course participants can choose the type of qualification that is appropriate to their career goals, from accredited competency-based courses to post-graduate programs.

Experienced Trainers and Interactive Course Delivery

With our commitment to the belief that all learning should be of practical use, we ensure that every one of our facilitators has both formal qualifications and current practical management experience, along with superior presentation skills. This ensures the currency of their knowledge of contemporary management practice and theory, and the delivery of truly relevant, practical and topical programs.

Program Support

Participants are fully supported by access to a wide range of management books, business journals, on-line databases and websites through the Institute’s Information Service and Bookshop.
