Bryan G. J. Nye

Mr Nye is the Chief Executive Officer of the Australasian Railway Association chartered with bringing a National approach to rail. He was previously the Executive Director of the Australian Institute of Petroleum and prior to that the CEO of the Australian Property Institute. His early career was spent in the Royal Australian Navy, which included the command of three Naval Ships and a wide range of sea going and staff appointments. He is also on the Board of a number of community organisations.

John S. Walton AM

Mr Walton is Chairman of Walton Enterprises Pty Ltd and formerly Chairman of the Waltons Group of companies.  He has been a member of the Board of a number of public companies and remains a Director of several private companies and community organisations including Chairman of Docbanq Pty Ltd and the Prince of Wales Medical Research Institute. He has served as President of the Australian Retailer’s Association and a Director of the Confederation of Australian Industry. Until recently he was Chairman of the Eastern Sydney Area Health Service and Director of the Sydney Committee Limited.  

Jennifer A. Alexander

Dr Alexander has extensive experience in management, leadership development and organisational change in the health sector, with experience in Australia, NZ, Asia, U.K., Europe and U.S.A. She is a member of the Alumni Leaders’ Network of the UNSW Faculty of Commerce and Economics, and a director of Gondwana Voices, a national children’s choir. Her previous appointments include CEO, Westmead Hospital & Community Health Services, and Medical Director St. Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney. She has been a Director of the Health Insurance Commission, Medibank Private, the NSW Medical Board, Health Leaders Network and Health Communication Network. Other previous appointments include President Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators, President, Medico-Legal Society of NSW, and Member, NSW Committee, Australian Centre for Management Accounting Development.

Roslyn Allan AO

Mrs. Allan is an Executive Coach and was formerly the Managing Director of the Securities Institute of Australia and Securities Institute Education. She is a director of the Securities Industry Research Centre of Asia-Pacific. In 2005 she was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia for service to the finance sector.

Jeremy G. Davis AM

BEc (Hons), MBA, MA (Stanford), FAICD, FAIM

Appointed Director March 2002.

Prof Davis is a non-executive director of several companies including Transurban, SP AusNet and Singapore Power. He is a Professor Emeritus of the University of New South Wales, having recently retired from the Australian Graduate School of Management. Before joining the AGSM, he was a Vice-President of The Boston Consulting Group and Managing Partner of its Paris office. He has been a director of a range of organisations including the Australian Stock Exchange and the Australian Industry Development Corporation.

L. Kathleen Farrell

Ms Farrell is a consultant to leading corporate law firm, Freehills. She specialises in mergers & acquisitions, public securities offerings and corporate compliance. She is a member of the Takeovers Panel and deputy chairman of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia. She represents the Law Council of Australia on the ASX Corporate Governance Council. Ms Farrell is a Director of Colorado Group Limited.

Jennifer M Morison

B.Ec, FCA, FCPA, FAIM

Jenny is a Chartered Accountant with twenty seven years broad experience in the profession and commerce. Her career has included audit, taxation, management consulting, corporate advisory work and consulting to government. Jenny is currently the Deputy Chair of the ACT Land Development Agency and Defence Service Home Insurance Scheme and is a former director of the Sydney Growth Centres Commission, National Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and ACTION. She is currently the independent member of Commonwealth Government Audit and Risk Committees including the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations, Department of Human Services, Centrelink, Department of Health and Aging, and Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs.

Anthony (Tony) J. Stuart

Mr Stuart is the Chief Executive Officer of NRMA Motoring Services, Australia’s largest Auto Club. Prior to this role he was Chief Executive Officer of Sydney Airports Corporation Limited. Mr Stuart’s management career includes executive positions held with Shell Petroleum (New Zealand), Shell International (UK), British Airways (UK) and Manchester Airport (UK). Mr Stuart serves on a number of Boards including Australian Motoring Services Pty Ltd, Australian Automobile Association, Adventure World, Thrifty and the Heart Research Institute.

Roger B. Wilkins AO

Mr. Wilkins is Head of Government and Public Sector Group Australia and New Zealand with Citigroup Corporate & Investment Banking. Prior to this, Mr. Wilkins was Director-General of The Cabinet Office in New South Wales 1992-2006 and also Director-General of the New South Wales Ministry for the Arts 2001-2006. Mr. Wilkins chaired a number of national task forces and committees dealing with public sector reform, including the Council of Australian Government Committee on Regulatory Reform, the National Health Taskforce on Mental Health and the National Emissions Trading Taskforce. He was New South Wales’ representative on the Senior Officials Committee for the Council of Australian Governments (COAG). Mr. Wilkins is an Adjunct Professor in the Graduate School of Government at the University of Sydney.
